Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Package available for purchase from now until 13th February 2025.
- Valid for Valentine’s Day night only (Friday, 14th February 2025).
- Table d’Hote dinner must be booked during your stay.
- Available for purchase via our gift voucher site or directly with the hotel. Bookings must be made by contacting the hotel.
- Spa packages are not included in the total package price of $399. Adding the spa package is an additional $199. The spa package will need to be paid upon check-in to hotel.
- Add on spa packages must be booked on 14th or 15th February 2025. Please contact the spa to book spa package time prior to booking stay with hotel.
General Terms & Conditions
All gift vouchers are subject to terms and conditions.
Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking.
The original gift voucher must be presented at Mercure Kooindah Waters at the time of use.
Bookings must be made directly with Mercure Kooindah Waters reservation team on 02 4355 5777 and advising of the gift voucher number.
Please note that ‘black out’ dates may apply.
Some events and peak periods may be unavailable to book or may incur additional charges.
The gift voucher may only be used at the corresponding venue where it was purchased for.
The gift voucher amount is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
No credit or change can be given on unused amounts.
The gift voucher is not refundable.
The voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
Vouchers that have been altered in any way will not be accepted.
Any price increases will incur the customer to pay any additional fees.
Mercure Kooindah Waters reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice effective immediately.
