- Voucher valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase/issue.
- Vouchers must be used prior to the expiry date; the amount automatically expires and is not retrievable.
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- The voucher is non-refundable and the amount is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- No credit or change can be given on unused amounts on the voucher.
- A voucher is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.
- Vouchers that have been altered in any way will not be accepted.
- Bookings must be made directly with Mercure Kooindah Water’s reservations team – quote voucher number when booking & present it on arrival.
- The voucher holder is responsible for ensuring the restaurant/day spa is open on the preferred date, and booking prior to arrival at the resort to guarantee an appointment.
