• October Long weekend: Friday 2nd – Monday 5th October 2026
• Christmas Period: Thursday 24th to Thursday 31st December 2026
• January Long weekend Friday 22nd – Tuesday 26th January 2027
• Easter: Friday 26th – Monday 29th March 2027
• June Long weekend: Friday 1st – Monday 4th June 2027
• October 1st – November 30th 2027
• Christmas Period: Friday 24th – Friday 31st December 2027

All gift vouchers are subject to terms and conditions.
Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking.
The original gift voucher must be presented at Mercure Kooindah Waters at the time of use.
Bookings must be made directly with Mercure Kooindah Waters reservation team on 02 4355 5777 and advising of the gift voucher number.
Please note that ‘black out’ dates may apply.
Some events and peak periods may be unavailable to book or may incur additional charges.
The gift voucher may only be used at the corresponding venue where it was purchased for.
The gift voucher amount is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
No credit or change can be given on unused amounts.
The gift voucher is not refundable.
The voucher cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
Vouchers that have been altered in any way will not be accepted.
Any price increases will incur the customer to pay any additional fees.
Mercure Kooindah Waters reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice effective immediately.
